As a member or a survey participant, you may voluntarily share your personal information with us, including your name and email address. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), California residents have certain special rights related to their personal information.
Under CCPA, "personal information" includes, but is not limited to, names, postal and email addresses, IP addresses, and social security or other identification numbers. "Sell" is broadly defined under CCPA. Its meaning includes "...renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, (and) transferring..."
If you're a California resident, some of your interactions with Survey Roundtable will be governed by CCPA. Specifically, in connection with research related services we provide to our clients, we might, from time to time, provide some personal information about you to our clients or other collaboration partners, such as your contact information or certain combinations of anonymized or pseudonymized demographic and other information.
